The decision as to the first and second recipes was decided by only 1 point; that's how delicious the recipes were. Erika, from Serious Coffee Courtenay, created the winning recipe. Second place went to Rheannon & Caroline from our Millstream store and third place went to Genevieve from Beaufort.

Have a look at the poster (which has been sent to every store) where you will find all 34 recipes, and ask our baristas to create one that sounds appealing to you or create your own personalized Italian Soda recipe. Did you know that you have the option to purchase our syrups so you can let your creative juices flow at home?

We choose to use Philibert Routin 1883 syrups because they are artificial preservative free, GMO free, additives free, naturally pasteurized and best of all…flavoured with real fruit sugar and sugar cane. The taste of these naturally-flavoured syrups is so superior to anything you have tried that you'll feel like you've freshly squeezed the juice yourself.
